Job Summary
Lead an independent HR business partner area with full ownership of performance, compensation, and recruiting for approximately 240 employees across Eningen and Berlin. Advise leadership and staff on performance management, change initiatives, and career development while managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Steer recurring HR processes including pay cycles and performance reviews, and handle labor law matters in close collaboration with the works council. Drive recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and managing external partners. Work within a modern, international team utilizing HR systems and AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens 5 Jahre in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle
- Erfahrung als HRBP
- mehrere Jahre eigenverantwortete Personalentwicklung
- mehrere Jahre eigenverantwortetes Recruiting
- konkrete Erfolge in Personalentwicklung und Recruiting vorweisen können
- Erfahrung in einem mitbestimmten, tarifgebundenen Umfeld
- praktische Erfahrung mit der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- fundierte, breite Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
- wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit HR-Schwerpunkt
- vergleichbare Qualifikation zum wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studium mit HR-Schwerpunkt
- Deutsch als verhandlungssichere Sprache
- Englisch als verhandlungssichere Sprache
