Job Summary
Lead strategic and operational HR initiatives for a defined German department and international locations in the Middle East and North Africa. Serve as a sparring partner for national and international leadership on employee management, organizational development, talent management, and performance management. Provide trusted consultation to executives and teams regarding organizational changes and guide transformation processes. Ensure consistent implementation of global HR standards and processes across multiple sites while adhering to local legal and cultural frameworks. Collaborate closely with local HR, payroll partners, and external stakeholders, while working with recruiting, learning, and HR services teams. Conduct analyses on HR topics and maintain constructive engagement with the works council.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren generalistischen HR-Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Tarifrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personalentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Recruiting
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreise
