HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Job Summary
HR Business Partner responsible for independent advisory and coaching of national and international managers on personnel and labor-law topics, proactive guidance of employees through the entire Employee-Life-Cycle from onboarding to offboarding, and collaborative relations with local works councils at German sites. Also leads personnel conversations, contributes to development and optimization of HR processes, and participates in national and international HR projects. Requires a Bachelor or Master degree in HR/work-law, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong German labor-law knowledge, fluency in German and English, MS Office proficiency, familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday), and a hands-on, service-oriented approach in an international environment. Location: Heusenstamm, Germany (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in HR/Work-related field
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable HR role
- Strong knowledge of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht)
- Very good German and English skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar)
- Independent advisory/coaching for national and international managers
- Experience in handling employee life cycle processes
- Collaboration with local employee representatives (e.g., Betriebsräte)
- Ability to lead personnel discussions (appraisals, development)
- Willingness to work in an international environment
- Hands-on mentality and implementation strength
