Job Summary
Provide strategic HR support to leaders across the Europe East business region by guiding the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career development. Execute core processes such as merit cycles and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Drive positive employee experience as a trusted advisor, champion process improvements using Workday, and monitor HR KPIs to inform decisions. Based in Warsaw with a hybrid model, this role requires 3-5 years of HRBP experience and fluency in Polish and English.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of work experience as HRBP
- Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Ability to influence leaders at various levels
- Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles
- Data-driven approach
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ability to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinking
- Ability to tackle complex challenges using clear problem-solving strategies
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
- Fluent in Polish
- Fluent in English
