Job Summary
Deliver strategic and operational HR advice to senior leaders across two beauty brands by aligning business objectives with employee and management needs. Formulate partnerships to improve work relationships, build organizational culture, and increase productivity through coaching, change management, and advocacy on all HR initiatives. Coordinate people cycle activities including performance assessments, salary reviews, and recruitment strategies while equipping managers with tools for effective people management. Collaborate with COEs to ensure integrated HR support, review the internal and external environment to improve policies, and manage specific projects for SEA and Asia regions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience as HRBP in fast paced industry as Retail, hospitality or F&B
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Collaborative, energetic and enthusiastic
