Job Summary
Serve as the go-to HR partner for associate support and workplace concerns, driving a positive onboarding experience and early-stage development. Coach managers on team dynamics, policies, and performance documentation while assisting with reviews, goal setting, and compliance. Help run programs like engagement surveys, training, and wellness initiatives, and partner on recruiting efforts to maintain accurate HR records. Flag morale or talent issues early and partner on proactive solutions, tracking trends in engagement and turnover to share insights with leadership. Support events and outreach efforts that reflect our commitment to people and community. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of generalist HR experience, and strong communication skills. The position is on-site in Manakin Sabot, VA, with some travel necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of generalist HR experience with a focus on employee support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Exceptional technical skills and a curiosity about utilizing new technology to create efficiencies
- Ability to make informed decisions using data, insights, and sound judgment
