Job Summary
Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders by coaching, challenging, and influencing them to drive best practice. Lead employee relations matters and policy implementation while identifying people trends, risks, and opportunities to support business objectives. Drive engagement and communication initiatives across the site and build strong relationships across operational and functional teams. Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment activity alongside partnering with Finance, IT, and Sales functions. Champion company culture, values, and leadership behaviours to help shape a positive, high-performing culture within the Milton Keynes bakery.
Required Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR degree)
- Strong HR generalist background
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Confidence managing complex employee relations matters
- An authentic, people-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively
