Job Summary
HR Business Partner and Labor Relations Coordinator responsible for strategic HR consulting, organizational change management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance within Veolia's Water Tech environment. Focuses include 360° HR advisory to managers, transformation support, labor relations and collective bargaining, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR-related fields, 5 years of relevant experience, and fluent English and Spanish; deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, HR analytics, HRIS, and change management; strong communication, mediation, negotiation, coaching, and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- High proficiency in English and Spanish (C1)
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices
- Knowledge of change management and organizational development methodologies
- Competence in HR data analysis and HRIS tools
- Strong communication, mediation, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Strategic consulting and influencing abilities
- Project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Coaching and people development
- Ability to work in a team with an inclusive, diverse culture
- Experience supporting labor relations and compliance with regulatory requirements
