HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across a multi-industry organization. Serves as a consultant on human resources-related issues, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and talent planning, while assessing strategic organizational needs. Key duties include conducting regular unit meetings, acting as a single point of contact for employees and managers, analyzing HR metrics to develop solutions, managing complex employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding day-to-day performance management, supporting more effective work relationships and retention, providing HR policy guidance, guiding restructures and workforce planning, identifying training needs and executive coaching, driving positive changes in people management, proposing organizational improvements, and mentoring other HR team members. Requirements include 5+ years of related experience and a degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
