Job Summary
Deploy HR processes including performance management, talent development, and salary policy for Technical and Product teams. Partner with managers on individual and collective HR issues while supporting employee growth and well-being initiatives. Pilot Health, Safety, and Disability commissions and lead diversity, inclusion, and mental health prevention projects. Serve as the designated reference for disability and harassment prevention, organizing awareness sessions across the workforce. Work closely with the France HR head and local team to drive business strategy through HR levers.
Required Qualifications
- Master (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent
- First successful experience (2 to 5 years) in a generalist HR function or HR Business Partner role
- Experience ideally acquired in an industrial or technological environment
- Very good level of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to establish a relationship of trust
