Job Summary
HR Business Partner to join the International Sales Operations team, partnering with leaders across multiple countries to develop and deliver impactful people initiatives that support business performance and growth; will guide managers and employees through a wide range of HR matters in a truly international environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years HR experience
- Experience in a multinational organisation
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt approach to different cultures/situations
- Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time
- Curious, flexible, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong technical HR expertise with business and commercial acumen
