Job Summary
HR Business Partner – Integration & Change Management at ABB, focused on leading change management during the acquisition integration and ongoing HR partnership. Responsibilities include developing and executing change management strategy and communication plans, stakeholder identification and mitigation of resistance, driving culture alignment, organizational design across merged entities, and HR policy harmonization. The role acts as HR partner to leadership, supports people strategy and HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, coaches managers through change, and collaborates to build a high-performing, unified team. The preferred location is Helsinki, Finland (Netcontrol HQ); other possible sites are Vaasa, Finland or Västerås, Sweden. Work model is hybrid (#LI-Hybrid). Requires fluent Finnish and English (Swedish a strong plus) and up to 15% travel. Apply by June 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR management, talent, and organization development ideally in an international or matrix environment
- Proven ability to build lasting partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Structured, pragmatic problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence stakeholders
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish skills are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 15% (finland/sweden/norway/latvia/UK)
