HRBP position aligned with regional teams to advise field management on HR-related issues; acts as an associate champion and change agent, driving recruiting strategies, talent development, succession planning, training, and leadership development; partners with HR and business management to deliver value and improve talent and business outcomes; role includes coaching leaders on customer experience, brand standards, and operational initiatives, with a hybrid schedule to work 3 days per week in the Legacy West Support Center in Plano, TX; travel as needed for national/regional meetings.
