Job Summary
HR Business Partner (Hybrid) serves as a strategic advisor to leaders within assigned region/business units, partnering with HR Generalists to identify workforce needs, trends, and training requirements. Responsible for leadership coaching on performance, engagement, and team dynamics; supports workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and organizational changes; translates business needs into actionable HR input and drives adoption of HR programs while championing the company’s values and leadership behaviors; uses workforce data and leader feedback to identify risks and opportunities and continuously improve HR practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a business partner or leadership-facing role preferred
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
