Job Summary
Lead strategic HR initiatives for the AI & Data Division by formulating and executing solutions for organizational design, talent allocation, and performance management. Drive change management and organizational development to enhance departmental health while promoting next-generation leader development. Collaborate with global HR teams to implement international initiatives and manage labor relations, including compliance and mental health support. Propose integrated solutions for HR, organization, and culture challenges to directly support business growth. Work with diverse teams across Japan, China, India, Singapore, and France to refine expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HRBP
- Extensive practical experience as a Business/Company HRBP in areas such as recruitment, organizational development, labor relations, performance appraisal, and HR planning
- Experience in people management
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level
- TOEIC 800+ (or equivalent certification/proof of degree from an English-speaking university)
- Proof of English qualification by the time of the offer
