Job Summary
Guide managers in daily team management through coaching, challenging, and supporting their decisions. Maintain visible presence on the ground to build trust, anticipate human issues, and align HR actions with operational needs. Deploy HR processes for performance evaluations, internal mobility, skill development, and training while ensuring proper application. Monitor and analyze collective and individual HR performance indicators to propose and implement corrective or development actions with managers. Serve as a key contact for employees to address their needs and offer tailored HR solutions for operational challenges. Facilitate progress groups and drive human performance within the logistics platform at Auxerre.
