Job Summary
Partner with the existing GTM HRBP to divide coverage of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, ensuring every leader receives consistent support. Calibrate performance ratings, promotions, and compensation decisions with your partner to maintain organizational consistency. Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, talent strategy, and workforce planning while guiding leaders through performance management and succession planning. Manage employee relations matters within your assigned segment and assist in designing core People programs like engagement surveys and leadership development. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Total Rewards to deliver a seamless HR experience. This role requires 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment, with a focus on shared coverage and alignment with senior GTM leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or similar generalist experience
- Experience partnering with another HRBP or working within a shared coverage model
- demonstrated ability to stay aligned and consistent with a peer
- Strong business acumen
- ability to build credibility with senior GTM leaders as a trusted advisor
- Solid grounding in core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive employee relations matters
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other GTM functions
- Experience supporting a Revenue Operations or Customer Success organization
- Familiarity with sales compensation structures, quota-carrying roles, and GTM-specific performance metrics
- Experience in the software, SaaS, or aviation technology industries
- Experience supporting a company through an IPO or other major growth milestone
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
