Job Summary
HR Business Partner for the Group IT organization at Electrolux, based in Stockholm with 20% workplace flexibility. Partner with senior IT leadership to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans, drive global HR processes and employee experience, lead transformation initiatives, strengthen talent and succession pipelines, foster a learning organization, and advance Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with measurable outcomes. Leverage experience in HR processes (talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, culture building, budget preparation) and collaboration across the global IT HR community to deliver business value and leadership development.
