Job Summary
Strategic, data-driven GTM HR Business Partner to support our go-to-market organization as we scale. Partner with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business goals into people strategies that strengthen performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include partnering on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management; using people data to identify risks and opportunities in performance, retention, and engagement; coaching managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness; supporting talent reviews, promotions, employee relations, and organizational changes; collaborating with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance to support hiring, compensation, and lifecycle processes. About you: 4+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience, strong business acumen, experience supporting Sales/Marketing/CS/RevOps, strengths in performance management, org design, talent planning, leadership coaching, analytical and data-driven, discreet with sensitive matters, excellent communicator with high ownership, AI-curious or AI-fluent. Location: hybrid (4 days in Mountain View office). Compensation: base $140k-$170k annually, with potential variable/equity/benefits. Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
