Job Summary
HR Business Partner to drive human-led HR practices, partnering with leaders across global technology teams. Responsible for ensuring people practices from engagement to development are executed effectively, leveraging AI tools and data insights, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence to support talent reviews, performance, and employee relations across business groups.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business and relevant HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- 4+ years as an HRBP or in a progressive HR generalist role, ideally supporting technology or high-growth business groups.
- A genuine interest in using AI tools, HRIS platforms, and Google Workspace to work smarter and create better employee experiences.
- An understanding of how business objectives connect to people strategies, with the ability to manage employee relations matters with objectivity, empathy, and a focus on the human factor.
