Job Summary
Partner with managers across G&A, R&D, and GTM on performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Lead workplace investigations and employee relations matters while collaborating with HR COEs to deliver integrated people solutions. Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities and mitigate risk, then drive initiatives that improve manager capability and operational excellence. Ensure all recommendations align with company policies and employment practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, coaching, employee relations, investigations, and organizational challenges
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of employment practices and HR best practices with sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee matters
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, automate routine work, and elevate the strategic impact of the HRBP function
- A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of challenges
