Job Summary
Partner with the Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team to drive business solutions aligned with Summit Healthcare's mission. Lead succession planning, strategic workforce modeling, and organizational design to build team capabilities while enhancing workplace culture and employee retention. Collaborate on HR strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations, leveraging metrics to develop data-backed recommendations for leadership. Champion system-wide HR projects, prepare presentations, and participate in departmental meetings and seminars. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR management experience, with a preference for healthcare industry background and SPHR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or PHR
- Prior Healthcare Industry Experience
- Prior experience in ADHS and Joint Commission Surveys
