HR Business Partner - Fulfillment Center

Job Summary
Lead Fulfillment Center HR team to manage performance, employee engagement, onboarding, and talent development; partner with line managers to address employee relations issues; mentor leadership, coordinate training, and own orientation; analyze data to identify trends and improve performance, retention, and employee experience; facilitate compensation programs and ensure market-aligned job levels; coordinate workers’ compensation and benefits administration; develop/update job descriptions, rules, procedures, and policies; participate in safety and other facility meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related study preferred
- 5+ years in an HR partnership role ideally within a fulfillment or distribution center
- 2+ years' experience leading an HR Team
- Proven track record of strategic partnerships which improve the HR experience
- Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills and strong interpersonal social skills
- Strong discernment, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Able to work efficiently with a variety of personnel
- Position may require travel
