Job Summary
HR Business Partner role in Long Beach onsite, partnering with clinic leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Responsible for employee relations, policy implementation, investigations, recruitment and onboarding support, employee engagement and retention strategies, performance management support, training needs assessment and professional development initiatives, compliance with laws and regulations, and collaboration with benefits teams to support health and wellness programs. Provides coaching to managers, ensures accurate training/licensing records, and maintains an up-to-date HR database while addressing employment-related legal matters as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably 2-3 years in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
