Job Summary
Flo is seeking an HR Business Partner who acts as a strategic, commercially sharp, hands-on partner embedded across business functions. You will align People strategy with company goals, enable faster decision-making through strong org design, build leadership capability, anticipate organizational risks, drive end-to-end People initiatives, and use data to shape decisions. You will move between executive-level strategic conversations and hands-on delivery, partnering with C-level and senior leadership to translate business strategy into workforce plans, support headcount budgeting, design effective org structures, and coach leaders to raise performance and culture. The role emphasizes cross-functional impact, enterprise-wide thinking, and delivering measurable outcomes across Product, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and broader functions. You will operate in a hybrid model with regular collaboration in London, contributing to engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives and driving ROI on People programs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience partnering with large, complex teams (100+ headcount)
- Background in consumer technology businesses (ideally app-based)
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design
- Compensation and total reward strategy
- Performance and talent management
- Career progression frameworks
- Employee relations across jurisdictions (EU & UK)
- DEI initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience operating credibly at Exec and senior leadership level
- Strong change management and project delivery skills
- Advanced use of HR analytics to inform strategic decisions
