Job Summary
Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across EMEA Enterprise Teams to drive organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes. Translate business strategies into workforce plans while partnering on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development. Provide coaching on performance management and employee relations, utilizing workforce data to identify risks and prioritize change initiatives. Balance enterprise consistency with local market realities during periods of transformation, restructuring, and growth. Ensure consistent application of employment legislation and governance requirements while mitigating people-related risks. Spend at least four full days weekly in the Henley-on-Thames office.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting leaders across multiple EMEA countries
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and employee relations considerations
- Demonstrated experience advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate a matrixed global organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with risk management and employee experience
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Spending at least four full days each week working in the Henley-on-Thames office

- Experience in asset management, financial services, banking, insurance, professional services, or a similarly complex regulated environment
