HR-Business partner

Act as the fixed sparring partner for the management of the Reclassering, MJD, and B&B departments, translating organizational developments and challenges into relevant HR advice. Advise leaders on organizational development, staffing, employability, and labor law issues while collaborating with colleagues across recruitment, learning, and absenteeism to solve complex problems. Contribute actively to organization-wide HR projects, policy development, and process improvement. You will work hybrid, regularly visiting locations in the Den Haag and Rotterdam regions to remain visible and support leaders effectively. This role involves serving as a reliable, forward-looking advisor within the Fivoor HR team, driving initiatives that distinguish the organization as a modern employer in the care, security, and justice sectors.
