Job Summary

Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigations, while supporting managers through formal and informal processes. Partner with operational leaders to deliver recruitment plans, coordinate talent pipelines, and ensure consistent onboarding aligned with compliance requirements. Review and implement HR policies, monitor workforce trends, and produce analytics dashboards to drive continuous improvement and strategic workforce planning. Support organisational change programmes, deliver training on employment law, and maintain accurate data within HRIS and payroll systems.

Required Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent HR qualification
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across UK and Ireland sites as required
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and, where applicable,
  • Experienced in managing complex employee relations cases
  • Strong HR systems capability with experience of HRIS
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and workforce data governance
  • Ability to draft, review and implement HR policies
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proven generalist HR experience within a multi-site environment
  • Track record of handling complex employee relations cases
  • Experience delivering HR projects and supporting organisational change
  • Demonstrable experience operating at HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level within a complex multi-site environment
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and operational site environments
  • Ability to travel regularly between business locations across the UK and Ireland
  • Ability to use display screen equipment and HR systems for extended periods
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure
