Job Summary
HR Business Partner to support a hardcore engineering team, partnering with senior leaders on full lifecycle HR activities including onboarding, career development, recognition, performance management, organizational design, and retention. Collaborate with Recruiting, Training and Development, Compensation, and Benefits to optimize programs for client groups; provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and policy adherence; manage internal transfers, promotions, exits, and trend analysis to minimize risk; maintain confidentiality and HR records in Workday; ensure alignment with ITAR requirements and SpaceX-wide programs. Must possess 3–5+ years HR Generalist/HRBP experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, UltiPro)
- Ability to lead with a positive attitude and handle challenges
- Experience independently handling employee relations issues
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
