Job Summary
Senior Strategic HR Business Partner for Canva's International team, partnering with the Head of International to drive performance culture, org design, leadership development, and talent management across multiple markets. Responsible for shaping the International People strategy, aligning global programs with local execution, and enabling leaders to scale in a hypergrowth, multi-market environment. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with senior leaders, driving cross-market initiatives, and delivering high-impact people programs across time zones in a London-hybrid setting.
Required Qualifications
- HR Business Partnering experience within hypergrowth and fast pace environments
- Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: performance management, org design, leadership development, talent management, and change
- Experience supporting international or geographically distributed businesses
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders (including at the Head of function level) and act as a credible strategic thought partner
- Track record of building and embedding performance culture, not just running performance cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes
- Proactive by nature and thrive in ambiguity
- High emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability
- Champion innovation in people practices and organizational culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
