Job Summary
Align people strategies with organizational goals by driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that support business growth. Leverage workforce insights and people analytics to anticipate organizational opportunities, developing proactive solutions that balance employee experience and business needs. Implement talent management processes including succession planning and talent development to build leadership pipelines, while coaching leaders on performance management and building high-performing teams. Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes. Partner with centers of excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated people solutions and execute enterprise-wide HR programs. Serve as a steward of organizational culture to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-12 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Labour laws and regulations and RBA code
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive
- Sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data privacy principles
