HR Business Partner

Advise partners, managers, and employees on HR issues and professional development as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio. Coordinate the annual performance and appraisal cycle, including promotion processes, and manage semi-annual rotation plans balancing organizational needs with individual growth. Identify bottlenecks in HR strategy, policy, and processes to drive improvements while tracking external developments to apply them in practice. Own HR projects from initiation to execution and contribute to an open, transparent culture that encourages learning. Work within a team of approximately 25 colleagues across People Services, HR Advice, and Talent Development. This role involves 30-37.5 hours per week for an HR professional with at least five years of experience in a professional service organization.
