Job Summary
Partner with Manila sales and revenue-generating leaders on business priorities, talent needs, and productivity opportunities. Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and people implications of business decisions using data to identify trends and recommend interventions. Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, succession discussions, and development actions while strengthening engagement and retention. Manage employee relations, compliance, and lifecycle matters including onboarding, exits, grievances, and performance-linked pay governance. Support change management for HR programs and ensure accurate people data for regional projects. Requires 10+ years of HRBP experience in sales-led environments, knowledge of Philippines employment law, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- strong hands-on HR Business Partner experience supporting sales, commercial or revenue-generating teams
- Strong understanding of core HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, talent reviews and engagement
- Working knowledge of Philippines employment law, local labor practices and statutory HR compliance requirements
- Experience working in a matrix, regional or multinational environment
