Job Summary
HR Business Partner – Strategic Talent Leader for the defense industry. Partner with defense leaders to deliver people-management strategies, lead organizational design, change management, and talent development in a highly regulated, global environment. Manage workforce planning, succession, and compliance across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore; coach managers on performance and employee relations; drive DEI initiatives and align people initiatives with mission-critical objectives; travel ~15% to Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore; Workday and Excel proficiency expected; NV1 clearance and Australian citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of HR experience
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM, CIPD, or similar) preferred
- Experience with compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and Australian employment law
- Knowledge of NZ and Singapore employee relations laws a plus
- Experience in defense industry or multinational defense business a plus
- Proven track record managing change programs and employee relations in regulated environments
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams and travel (~15%) within Australia, New Zealand and Singapore
- Familiarity with Workday and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance required
- National Police Check as a condition of employment
