Job Summary
HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates with department managers to align people strategies with business initiatives across Crimson Wine Group’s production and agricultural operations. Responsibilities include driving HR best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing talent processes (employee relations, performance management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions), leading full-cycle recruiting, overseeing compensation and benefits inputs, managing workers’ compensation and safety programs, analyzing HR metrics, implementing change management, and supporting workforce planning and succession. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; experience with HRIS (ADP preferred); knowledge of state and federal employment laws; bilingual Spanish and English; willingness to travel within CA, OR, and WA; and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of related experience
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- ADP experience desirable
- Willingness to travel within California, Oregon, and Washington
