Job Summary

HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions contracting role focusing on rollout of HR and corporate transformation programs. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating HR transformation activities, tracking timelines and milestones, organizing meetings and deliverables, supporting change activities to help employees and managers adopt new processes and tools, coordinating training and onboarding programs with emphasis on change readiness and manager enablement, planning and logistics for sessions, acting as a point of contact for managers and employees on transformation initiatives, supporting employee relations tasks, partnering with Communications/Brand on employee initiatives, and assisting with organizational development activities. Occasional travel across locations is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or HRBP support role)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR programs, onboarding, training coordination, or HR projects
  • Project coordination experience with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills; comfortable working with managers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prosci Change Management (OCM) certification is nice to have
  • French language skills are nice to have
