Job Summary
HR Business Partner will align HR policies and practices with business-unit goals, coach managers and employees on HR topics (career development, feedback, performance improvement, conflict resolution), manage complex employee relations investigations, lead recruitment and selection for business units, support succession planning and performance appraisals, contribute to organizational development initiatives, analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with HR functions to ensure consistent services while fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment. The role requires 100% onsite presence in NW Houston, TX and emphasizes partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions that enable business objectives and employee well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a global and matrixed organization
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus
- Workday experience is a big plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desired
