Job Summary
HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple California locations in a fast-paced environment. Core duties include managing employee relations (performance, investigations, corrective actions), ensuring compliance with California labor laws (CFRA, FMLA, PDL, FEHA, wage & hour), supporting recruiting and onboarding, guiding managers on performance management and development, assisting with leaves, benefits, and accommodations, analyzing HR metrics to improve engagement and retention, leading training and HR initiatives, and providing on-site HR support across locations with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent exp
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Multi-location experience
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws
- Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid CA driver’s license (travel required)
