Job Summary
HR Business Partner collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to develop, implement and maintain policies and processes; lead learning and development programs including New Hire Orientation and New Manager Training; manage recruitment processes; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with health and safety, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulations; advise management on employee relations and corrective actions; oversee the Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace program; support unemployment and leave processes; contribute to department goals, SOPs, and performance evaluations; exemplify the company culture and servant leadership across designated locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and Human Resources experience
