Job Summary

Lead HR policy development, workforce planning, and recruitment across four major tourist sites including Pedro St. James, the Botanic Park, and the Hell Geological Site. Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance reviews, ensuring strict compliance with the Labour Act and Public Authorities Act while maintaining accurate records in BambooHR. Serve as the primary advisor to the Director and site managers on HR strategy, employee relations, and talent development, overseeing a team of approximately 40 employees. Coordinate annual appraisals, training initiatives, and budget monitoring to support CINAA's mission of sustainable tourism and cultural preservation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of HR management experience
  • at least three (3) years in a supervisory or advisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of the Cayman Islands Labour Act and related legislation

  • Proficiency in HR systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
