HR Business Partner - CDD (H/F)

Respond to daily HR challenges by leveraging expertise in payroll and personnel administration. Manage disciplinary matters with managers, guide leadership on team development, and oversee recruitment and training initiatives aligned with business growth. Lead performance, talent, and succession reviews while negotiating individual terminations. Deploy group HR processes locally, adapting to specific local legislation and cultures to ensure alignment with group values and benefits. Participate in global HR projects including talent integration, internal training, corporate events, mobility, and young talent community animation. Requires five years of generalist HR experience and strong business orientation within a luxury hospitality context.
