Job Summary
HR Business Partner (HRBP) providing strategic partnership to leaders and teams across Cardiac Study Center / Pulse Heart Institute. Partners on employee relations, leadership coaching, workplace accommodations, leave management (FMLA, WA PFML, LTD), compliance, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Collaborates with leaders and Talent Acquisition to support retention, internal growth, and leadership development; leads or supports HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives; ensures confidentiality and adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws; supports training, learning and development, and education content; role requires in-office start with hybrid transition after orientation and occasional travel to clinic locations in WA, OR, and ID. Strong skills in coaching, investigations, policy application, change management, and HR operations, with experience using HRIS (Paycom) and LMS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
- SHRM or HRCI certification (required)
