Job Summary
HR Business Partner supporting field leadership across a large, multi-site environment by executing core HR processes, handling employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and HR inquiries; conducts field visits, supports staffing for new store openings/acquisitions, coordinates HR-related tasks, tracks basic HR metrics, ensures compliance with laws, and collaborates with HR COE to manage escalations and specialized processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of HR experience in high-volume, multi-site environments (supporting at least 500–1,000 employees).
- Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, grocery, or similar operational environments with a fast-paced, front-line workforce is preferred.
