Job Summary
Seasoned HR Business Partner partnering with Stream Realty Partners’ leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across client groups. Provides strategic guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent priorities; collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to drive enterprise programs; coaches leaders on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design; analyzes workforce insights to inform decisions on hiring, engagement, and capability building; supports broker hiring strategies, operations needs, and market growth; ensures compliance with labor laws; provides on-site HR support for regional offices (about 15% travel); champions Stream’s culture and values and promotes a high-performance, accountable environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience
- Experience in supporting sales or go-to-market teams preferred
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Experience in supporting client-facing or revenue-generating teams in a decentralized, fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with organizational design and change management
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
