HR Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with U.S. leadership and employees as the trusted HR advisor, coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational topics while embedding people considerations into business decisions. Manage the full employee lifecycle, lead individual cases on performance and wellbeing, and support payroll processes with the Reward team. Translate global HR initiatives into the U.S. context by developing policies that reflect local market requirements and leading projects to improve organizational effectiveness. Serve as the primary HR contact across the U.S. organization, collaborating with European colleagues to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week in our Millburn, NJ office.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar broad HR role
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders across multiple HR domains
- Experience managing both operational HR responsibilities and strategic HR initiatives
- Experience leading or contributing to HR projects and organizational change initiatives
- Experience handling complex employee relations and performance management cases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, HR policies, and organizational development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coach, and challenge managers constructively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences
- Solid project management and change management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, assess people risks, and translate insights into action
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with international teams
- You are willing to work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week in our Millburn, NJ office
Desired Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly fast-paced knowledge-based environments strongly preferred
- Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus
- Experience working across European and U.S. organizations is a plus
