Job Summary
Partner with leaders to develop HR strategies supporting organizational goals and navigate employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Coach managers on talent development, compensation equity, and policy interpretation while investigating employee concerns and complaints. Support talent acquisition and retention by analyzing exit interview data and championing a positive, inclusive workplace. Interpret HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and communicate organizational priorities across the health system. Collaborate with the HR team to maintain consistent practices and inform leadership of workforce trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
