Job Summary
Partner with site and functional leaders to deliver effective HR support for Vinidex’s Australian manufacturing operations, providing practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters; lead enterprise agreement negotiation/implementation and manage day-to-day IR matters in a manufacturing setting; drive engagement, DEI, and remuneration initiatives; support workforce planning and change initiatives across a multi-site footprint; ensure compliance with employment legislation and enterprise agreements while embedding HR programs at site level.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a manufacturing, commercial or industrial environment
- Solid capability in Employee & Industrial Relations (EIR), ideally within a unionised setting
- Experience supporting multi-site, dispersed workforces and advising leaders on complex people matters
- Agile and dynamic operator with problem-solving and collaboration
- Commercially minded with ability to operate in fast-paced operational environments
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Workable (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel domestically as required
