Job Summary
Execute HR strategy and goals aligned with local business objectives by advising leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Manage a heavy recruitment workload, coordinate with temp agencies for onboarding, and oversee employee relations including workplace investigations and performance improvement strategies. Direct annual performance reviews, salary planning, and compliance with U.S. and international employment laws while monitoring HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with Shared Services and Center of Expertise to implement programs covering talent acquisition, training, and engagement. Foster an inclusive workplace culture and accelerate new hire integration through coordinated onboarding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of HRBP experience
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with employees across all levels in the organization
- Comfortable developing and executing HR processes and initiatives
- Travel 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HRIS management systems – Workday a plus
