HR Business Partner

Job Summary
Act as the primary strategic partner to the business by developing HR strategies, assessing needs, and delivering HR solutions. Ensure the effective implementation of all HR programs and services while coordinating strategies to meet organizational needs. Establish strong relationships with key HR partners across practice areas and service centers to ensure activities are well coordinated and aligned with the overall HR strategy. Provide HR expertise to business strategy and consult on various HR function issues, ensuring compliance with country laws, regulations, and practices. Manage the delivery of HR services across the business as a liaison between the business and corporate HR. This role reports to the HR Director for Poland, located in Warsaw on a hybrid model of three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR generalist
- Experience in complex international organizations
- Knowledge of Polish labor law
- Language skills: English - advanced
- Language skills: Polish - good command
