HR Business Partner 80 - 100% (m/w/d)

Conduct HR consulting and support for leadership across all HR topics. Manage the recruitment process and guide development, conflict, disciplinary, and separation procedures. Contribute to personnel, talent, and succession planning while developing HR processes, instruments, and guidelines. Lead and participate in HR projects, support location developments and re-openings, and design and execute training, workshops, and employee events. Manage multiple locations within a decentralized HR organization. Requires a commercial education, HR specialist certification, German fluency, and digital skills. Full-time role based in Wallisellen.
